Carlos Córdova-Plaza, found Córdova Plaza, S.A. de C.V. in 1897, first fine art shipping company in México.
Previously he worked 7 years for the Tamayo Museum and Fundación Cultural Televisa coordinating transportation, crating, security and insurances for these cultural institutions.

From the beginning, the company has moved many art collections for local and international exhibitions, collaborating with almost every museum and collector in the country.

In 1989 did the transportation and crating of more than 3000 Mexican heritage pieces for the great exhibition “MÉXICO: SPLENDOR OF THIRTY CENTURIES” at the Metropolitan Museum in Nueva York, Los Angeles County Museum of Art and the San Antonio Museum of Art.

During all these years the company has developed into a unique infrastructure and work team widely recognized in México and abroad.
