Head of Collection Services at Royal Armouries, UK. Jen is passionate about collections management and the role of the registrar. She has over 20 years worth of experience in collections encompassing many different museum types in the UK and set up the Registrars: Training for the Future programme, a unique programme within the UK in partnership with the University of Leeds & Leeds Museums and Galleries.

She is a expert member for the CEN European Committee TC 346 for Standardisation for Conservation of Cultural Heritage currently participating in Working Group 12 on the and Working Group 16 on the Specifications for the management of moveable cultural heritage collections, and participated in the creation in the standards for Transport Methods EN 16648:2016.

She has three diplomas from the Institute of Art and Law, a Masters in Museology and degree in Geology.
