SPAIN: Passenger information

If you are coming to SPAIN, you must fill the Health Control Form (FCS) and show the QR code at the Border Health Control. Get to know more.

Remember that throughout the airport:

• Bear in mind that that entry to the airport terminal is prohibited for anyone who is not going to travel. Only passengers with boarding pass and people accompanying a passenger that needs assistance (people with reduced mobility or unaccompanied minors) can access the terminal building. Companions with private vehicles must wait in the car park.

• You must wear a facemask everywhere on the airport premises.

• Respect the markings and footprint signs throughout the airport to ensure a distance of 1.5m.

• Keep a safe distance, wear your facemask and follow the recommended hygiene measures (cough into the crook of your elbow, wash your hands, etc.).

• Hand sanitiser dispensers are available throughout the airport.

• Only use a bottle or container at the airport’s water fountains.

Remember that on the plane:

• Your airline will provide you with information about preventive measures during the flight.

• Wash your hands often with your sanitiser, cough into the crook of your elbow and always wear your facemask. Remember to change it every four hours.

• Watch the cabin staff safety demonstration for specific instructions for your flight.

• Use the individual air supply nozzles as little as possible. Many airlines have HEPA filters which allow exceptional cleaning of the air.

• If occupancy permits, airlines try to keep a distance between passengers who are not family or travelling together. If this is not possible, health and safety measures will be stepped up.

• If you have symptoms during the flight, tell the cabin crew.

• Keep your movements inside the cabin to a minimum.

• Try to minimise your contact with the surfaces in the aircraft.

Avoid queuing to go to the toilet on the plane. Bring your own hand sanitiser to wash your hands.
